Week 1 - day 8 & 9
Okay so I know I missed a day but basically here is what happened
I took two days to tidy my room…
Seriously it was that bad, but my mum said if I did it I can get a double, so weightloss took a back seat for what should have been just a day…
So tomorrow I will actually be hitting it hard like I said on sunday, and normal progress will resume after.
Also, I had my first weigh in, like I said I had gained weight but more on that on the week two weigh in…

Week 0 - Day 7
Again this is a quick post…
So today was a bad day… First of all I skipped breakfast, then I had a massive subway and two bottles of full fat drinks and a whole box of biscuits, really not good… For dinner I had some Chinese from the supermarket which wasn’t too bad but I had a big slice of cheesecake after which was just fatty…
No exercise at all day today. I was toooooo tired from last night and I just felt shitty after work and gaining five motherfucking pounds that I just wanted to sit down.
However I will not give up, tomorrow i’m going hit it harder. Slight problem, nothing healthy for breakfast so i’m not sure what i’m going to do. Going to get the bike pedal fixed so I can cycle, which is the best most awesome type of exercise there is IMO, so hopefully that helps…
To the two followers who put something in my ask box, thank you! I’ll reply tomorrow
Oh and I drank a fair ammount of cider which will be helpful in losing weight LOL naw…

Week 0 - Day 6
So I cheated.
I looked at the scales two days early and i’ve gained FIVE FUCKING POUNDS.
I don’t feel much like blogging, and i’m tired, and i’m drunk.

Week 0 - Day 5
Just a quick update because i’m shattered
Ate well again, no snacking and I even resisted temptation of a late night snack. Made it to the gym after work aswell but it was a little rushed as I had to meet someone.
Ultimately I think things are going well although i’m nervous to see if i’ve lost any weight come monday…
